QQEV Technologies
QEV Technologies is a Barcelona-based (Montmeló) electric mobility engineering and manufacturing company that transfers technology from electric motorsport (Formula E, Extreme E, RX2e) into commercial vehicles, operating through QEV Motorsport, QEV Engineering, QEV Mobility and QEV Academy, plus its ZEROID brand of electric vans and buses. Founded in 2013 as CR TECH S.L. and rebranded QEV Technologies in 2017, it leads the D-Hub consortium reindustrialising the former Nissan plant in Barcelona and went public on Euronext Amsterdam in October 2023 via a business combination with the SPAC SPEAR Investments I (€221m fully diluted market cap, €23.1m raised). It is no longer VC-stage: it filed for pre-insolvency (preconcurso) and an ERE in October 2024 and exited pre-insolvency in August 2025 after judicial approval of its restructuring plan.
