TCD Pharma (Translational Cancer Drugs Pharma, S.L.) was a Spanish biotech company founded in 2005 to discover, develop and commercialise oncology drugs, built around choline kinase alpha (ChoKα) inhibition research from CSIC. Its lead asset, TCD-717, a first-in-class ChoKα inhibitor, reached a Phase I dose-escalation trial in advanced solid tumours (NCT01215864) before being discontinued; the company raised roughly $13M across VC rounds plus a €300k Startupxplore equity crowdfunding round. The company is no longer operating and the entity has been extinguished.
