USA Group is a Basque industrial group that designs, engineers and manufactures high-precision turned/machined metal parts (mainly brass) for the automotive, e-mobility and home appliance sectors, acting as a Tier 2/3 automotive supplier. Founded in 1965 as the bar-turning company Ugarteburu in Mallabia (Bizkaia), it has grown into seven production sites with roughly 300-450 employees, 160+ lathes, ~320 million parts a year and around €100M in revenue, with ~80% of turnover from exports and commercial offices in Spain, Germany, Mexico and Singapore. It is a private-equity-backed legacy manufacturer headquartered in the Basque Country, and Mikel Uribe is the current CEO/General Director and a shareholder.
