Adhbio (full legal name Adhbio Bioadhesives Medtech Solutions, S.L.) is a Spanish medtech company founded in 2008 in Elche/Valencia that develops, manufactures and commercializes advanced cyanoacrylate-based bioadhesives and sealants for wound closure in human surgery (its Adhflex product) as well as a veterinary line, positioned as an alternative to sutures and staples. Its funding consists mainly of Spanish public R&D grants (IMPIVA, TRACE, Ministry of Science) rather than VC rounds.
