NOBA Ventures is a Barcelona-based business prototyping and corporate venture building firm that helps large organizations take new ideas to market, build internal innovation engines, and train teams to build rather than present. Founded in 2016, it has run 300+ corporate venturing projects for clients including AXA, AB InBev, Henkel, PepsiCo, Nespresso and Zurich, and has co-founded ventures such as Sunny Nimbus, RebelRoots, YouBumerang and Avifly. It is not a VC fund — it is a services/venture-building firm that was acquired by Italian innovation group GELLIFY in June 2024, though it keeps the NOBA brand.
