Anek S3, trading as Salvavidas Cardio, is a Madrid-based "cardio-as-a-service" company providing subscription-based automated external defibrillator (AED) installation, IoT monitoring with direct 112 emergency-services connection, and basic life-support training across Spain. Founded in 2009, it was acquired by a search-fund-backed buyer in 2021 and, as of July 2025, was itself acquired by the Swedish life-saving solutions provider Safe Life, so it now operates as a subsidiary rather than an independently VC-fundraising startup.
