Founded in 2022 by childhood friends Kai Brandt López and Jaume Puig, it raised a €450K pre-seed led by Itnig and K Fund (2024) and a €5M seed led by Samaipata in January 2025 — billed as the largest round in a Gen-AI-native company led by a Spanish VC at the time. It closed 2025 with ~€3M ARR and 500+ clients (3x YoY growth) and targets €9M ARR and 1,000 clients in 2026; HQ is Barcelona with a Madrid presence.
