WePlan Analytics is a Madrid-based telecom data company that collects crowdsourced mobile network measurements from real end users (reportedly 120+ billion measurements per month across 50+ countries) and applies machine learning to benchmark and predict network quality. Its analytics platform is sold to mobile operators, TowerCos and telecom regulators — clients cited include Telefónica, Deutsche Telekom, MásOrange and Vertical Bridge — for network planning, optimization and infrastructure investment decisions. Founded in 2012 as a free consumer app for comparing mobile tariffs, it later pivoted to B2B telecom intelligence; it is certified as an Innovative SME by Spain's Ministry of Science and collaborates on R&D with Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and MIT.
