Promarsa Marketing & Asociados was a Madrid-based promotional and relationship marketing agency, founded in 1982 and headquartered in Valdemoro (Madrid), that designed and executed customer loyalty programmes, sales-network incentive schemes and direct/promotional marketing campaigns, mainly for large banking and consumer-goods clients. Mediapost Group acquired 100% of the business in 2016 and formally absorbed it by merger registered on 6 July 2017, after which the legal entity (CIF B28769016) was dissolved.
