Puerto Seco Azuqueca de Henares
Puerto Seco Azuqueca de Henares operates Spain's first inland dry port and road-rail intermodal freight terminal, inaugurated on 30 April 1998 in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara), on the Madrid-Barcelona ADIF rail corridor. It handles container and multimodal transport unit reception, delivery, storage and rail-road-maritime transfer across roughly 60,000 m2, connecting the Madrid region to the ports of Barcelona, Bilbao and Santander, and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. It is a logistics infrastructure company originally set up as a public-private venture with Spanish port authorities, and control was acquired in 2023 by CMA CGM Inland Services SAS together with the Port Authority of Barcelona (approved by Spain's CNMC). Current general manager is Maria Pereira.
