Traditional Spanish dental-supplies distributor ("depósito dental") founded in 1999 in Meres, Asturias, selling clinical, laboratory, and equipment products from 100+ brands to dental clinics across Spain and, more recently, Portugal. A majority stake was acquired by Nzyme (Kibo Ventures' PE fund) and Almond Capital in December 2023, then resold to Miura Partners (via its Dent&Co continuation vehicle) in 2025.
