Teltronic (Teltronic S.A.U.) is a Zaragoza-based designer and manufacturer of mission-critical radio communications equipment and systems, including TETRA, LTE and 5G private network infrastructure, on-board train/tram/metro terminals, and emergency control-room and dispatch solutions. It serves public safety, mass passenger transport, energy, mining and oil & gas customers, with more than 600 networks deployed across 60+ countries and around €80M in 2024 sales. Founded in 1974, it is a mature, private-equity-owned industrial company; Hytera sold it to Spanish PE firm Nazca Capital in July 2025 (first deal of Nazca's Defence Fund), and in 2026 listed defence group Amper agreed to acquire 100% of it from Nazca in a deal valued at up to €225M. Juan Ferro is the CEO.
