Wio Capital is an AI-native wealth management infrastructure company that offers "private banking for next-gen wealth managers", giving independent financial advisors portfolio aggregation, client intelligence, discretionary portfolio management and multi-custodian execution orchestrated by a multi-agent AI system. Founded in 2025, it is a CNMV-authorised securities agency (registry no. 336) operating from Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana 280) and Valencia, with custody partnerships including Julius Bär, Andbank, Bankinter, CECA and Santander, and a product called Alternative Hub that extracts data from unstructured private-markets documents. In May 2026 it raised a €1.2M seed round co-led by Next Tier Ventures and Bynd VC; the legal entity is Wio Wealth AV, SA.
