SSiban
Siban is a long-established Basque industrial manufacturer of rubber conveyor belts (Beltsiflex® brand) for mining, steel, cement, power, food and recycling, headquartered at the Abra Industrial Park in Gallarta (Abanto y Ciérvana), Bizkaia, with roughly 59 years of history, plants in the Basque Country plus Portugal, Ecuador, Chile and China, and presence in 13 countries with over 75% of sales exported to 86+ countries. In February 2025 Talde Private Equity and Orza Gestión y Tenencia de Patrimonios (the investment vehicle of the Basque EPSV pension funds Geroa and Elkarkidetza) acquired a majority stake in the group (legally Siban Peosa, S.A.) in a growth buyout, with the founding family staying on as shareholders.
