Ducksboard was a Barcelona-based SaaS startup that built a real-time dashboard product for tracking business metrics, pulling data from services like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Twitter, and Zendesk into a single visual screen. Founded in 2011, it raised a small seed round (~€560K) before being acquired by New Relic in October 2014 (New Relic's first-ever acquisition) for $2.3M cash plus up to 250,000 shares. The company no longer operates independently.
