TTalento y Experiencia
Talento y Experiencia (TyE) is a privately held group of Centros Especiales de Empleo (special employment centres) founded in 2006 by a group of executives from the industrial and automotive sector. It provides outsourced high value-added industrial services — component assembly, quality inspection and rework, logistics and manufacturing process management — for automotive, furniture, food, chemical, metal and ceramic clients, while employing people with disabilities. It operates across six Spanish autonomous communities (Comunidad Valenciana, Andalucía, Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León and Madrid) with 500+ employees, of whom 475+ have a disability, and 25+ clients; its main plant is in the Parque Industrial Juan Carlos I (Ford) in Almussafes, Valencia.
