Madrid-based industrial technology company that has developed a patented continuous pyrolysis process converting end-of-life tires (ELTs) into pyrolytic oil, recovered carbon black, and process gas for industrial reuse, applying a circular-economy model to tire waste. Founded in 2012 as a joint venture between Sisener Ingenieros and MBO Holding, it operates a demonstration plant in Zaragoza and is developing a larger plant in Aspe, Spain, and participates in the EU BlackCycle project. It is backed by Repsol Corporate Venturing and is an industrial/project-stage company rather than a typical early-stage VC startup.
