SSonneil
Sonneil is an Alicante-based proptech that markets and sells new-build second homes on the Spanish coast (Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol, Mallorca, Almería, Valencia, Castellón) and in Mexico, using online lead generation and technology to disintermediate the traditional broker chain and cut buyer costs roughly in half. Founded in 2014 by Alfredo Millá, a former Solvia international executive, it grew to around 30 employees and raised three angel-led rounds backed by ex-BBVA and ex-Google executives via the vehicle Sevenzonic. In March 2026 Sonneil was acquired by Mediterranean Spain Land (Medland) — its earlier investors exited, founder Alfredo Millá left executive duties to become a strategic advisor, and Andrés Pedrera now runs the company, which keeps operating as an independent brand.
