Stemdo is a Spanish B2B tech-talent company founded in 2022 that recruits, trains and employs technology professionals in Spanish regions with high youth unemployment, then deploys them to large corporate clients through its 'Talent as a Service' and 'Talent Builder' models. It runs physical training hubs ('cells') in Huelva, Mérida, Talavera de la Reina and Córdoba, with business development based in Madrid, covering cloud (AWS, Azure), automation, cybersecurity, data and DevOps skills. It has trained 250+ professionals and created 150+ tech jobs, serving clients such as NTT DATA, Deloitte, Santander, Accenture, IBM and Minsait, and has raised roughly €2.5M to date while preparing a €2.5M Series A for national and international expansion.
