Enerstar Villena, S.A.U. is a 49.9 MW concentrated solar (thermosolar) power plant in Villena, Alicante, Spain, in operation since 2014 and generating roughly 110,000 MWh/year. It is not a VC-backed startup but an infrastructure asset SPV, wholly owned since 2021 by renewable energy investor/operator Plenium Partners (previously co-owned by FCC Energía and Banco Santander).
