Marrodan Food Technology (legal entity Hijos de José María Marrodán S.A.) is a Spanish industrial manufacturer of equipment and complete processing lines for the food industry, specialising in sterilisation/pasteurisation autoclaves, thermal processing, vegetable and legume processing, ready-to-eat (V gama) lines and plant automation. It is based in Lodosa, Navarra, employs roughly 35 people and was founded around 1940-1943, making it a family-owned SME with 75+ years of history rather than a venture-backed startup. Sociedad de Desarrollo de Navarra (SODENA), a regional public development company, is a shareholder.
