Opportunity Health is a Spanish medtech startup developing YARNASA, the first automatic, self-applicable anti-choking device — a CO2-cartridge-powered unit that uses the Venturi effect to clear an obstructed airway in seconds without third-party help or medical training. Founded in 2024 in Sangüesa (Navarra) and targeting B2B buyers such as care homes, hospitals, restaurants, schools and public transport, it is at seed stage, having raised ~€334,000 (Easo Ventures, Sodena, an ENISA participative loan and a Startupxplore crowd round closed in January 2026). It won the Start-up Pitch Contest at BioSpain 2025 and is working toward Class IIa CE marking, expected around 2027.
