Grupo Virto (Ultracongelados Virto) is a family-owned Spanish food industry group founded in 1984 by Javier Virto Moreno in Azagra, Navarra, that freezes, mixes, packages and distributes vegetables, legumes, rice, pasta, cereals and vegetable-based prepared dishes for retail, foodservice and industrial clients. It reports ~2,000 employees, 15+ specialty centres across 10 countries, 45,000+ hectares under cultivation and ~725,000 tonnes of raw material processed annually, and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024. It is privately held with no venture capital backing and is headquartered in Navarra.
