YYamy
Yamy is the commercial brand of Gonama Alimentación, a Spanish food manufacturer that develops and produces sauces, creams, cold soups, dips and sweet/savoury spreads for professional clients in retail distribution, hospitality and food industry, including custom made-to-order recipes plus catalogue and organic lines (Yamy BIO, Sabor Km0). Founded in 2017 by Cristina Lobera, it has operated a production plant in Fustiñana (Navarra) since 2018 and had roughly 10 employees as of 2024. It is a conventional SME food manufacturer in Navarra rather than a venture-backed startup, and its only disclosed external financing is a €50,000 participatory loan (extendable to €100,000) from the regional public agency Sodena in 2019.
