Barlab Ventures
Barlab Ventures is the open-innovation and startup-acceleration platform of Spanish brewing group Mahou San Miguel, evolved in 2022 from its earlier BarLab Challenge Future program. It runs a non-equity residency program backing early-stage foodtech, hospitality-tech and bar/restaurant-tech startups with up to €35,000 in funding, mentorship, and co-working space at Mahou San Miguel's Madrid HQ. It functions as a corporate venture/innovation channel rather than an independent VC fund.
