Miralbueno Products (legally Miralbueno Asientos y Componentes, S.L., renamed Miralbueno Products S.L.) is a Zaragoza-headquartered industrial group that designs, manufactures and distributes seats, suspensions, cabins, and spare parts and accessories for agricultural, industrial, construction and gardening machinery, plus automotive, mobility, home and DIY product lines. Founded in 1993 by brothers José María and Óscar Pontaque, it runs a seat factory in Bursa (Turkey), a Latin American logistics hub in Caucedo (Dominican Republic) and a technical office in Shanghai, with a catalogue of 10,000+ products sold in around 50 countries and roughly 107 employees. It is not a venture-backed startup but a family-owned, self-financed industrial SME (a CEPYME500 company) with over 30 years of trading, and it also holds licences for the Ducati and Goodyear brands; it has no funding stage or VC investors.
