Siderlaser S.L. was an industrial steel and metal processing company based in Alagón (Zaragoza), Spain, specialising in laser cutting, high-definition plasma and oxy-fuel cutting and the transformation of steel and other metals. It was not a venture-backed startup: incorporated on 16 October 2000, it operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary within the Pronimetal/Proni Metal steel group (~21 employees), and was acquired outright by Pronimetal S.L. in November 2023. The company no longer exists as an independent entity — it was dissolved via absorption merger into Pronimetal S.L., with the extinction registered on 25 November 2024 (BORME-C-2024-5220).
