Galletas Angulo is a family-owned Spanish bakery manufacturer founded in 1946 in Lerma (Burgos), producing traditional biscuits, sponge cakes (bizcochos) and pastries under the "Sancho Panza" brand, with exports to Latin America, Europe, North America, Arab countries and Asia. It is now run by the third generation of the Angulo family. It is a long-established traditional food manufacturer rather than a venture-backed startup.
