Mint & Rose (styled mint&rose) is a Spanish direct-to-consumer fashion brand designing women's footwear, handbags and accessories handcrafted by artisan workshops in Spain, alongside smaller swimwear, knitwear and beauty lines. Founded in 2012 in Los Angeles by Monti G. Benavides and now headquartered in Madrid, it sells through its own e-commerce site, physical stores in Madrid and Valencia, and wholesale partners including Anthropologie, Galeries Lafayette and El Corte Inglés. It is a bootstrapped consumer brand rather than a venture-backed startup, with only small founder capital increases (to €80,000 in 2023) and no institutional funding round.
