It is a family-owned SME (second-generation ownership since 2015, ~70 employees, ~€21M revenue) that took a minority growth-capital investment rather than being a classic VC-backed startup; it has since expanded via acquisitions (e.g. Ibertrasa in 2024) and reports 2025 revenue expected to exceed €40M.
