COOVER is a Spanish manufacturer of sustainable thermoformed plastic packaging for the food industry (trays and containers for fresh produce, meats, ready meals, bakery, and preserved goods), based in Viana, Navarra. It is the 2024 rebrand of Envaplaster, a family-owned company founded in 1988, which acquired Alicante-based Sarabia Pack in February 2024 and now operates two plants with combined capacity of over 700 million trays/year; it has received growth investment from Stellum Capital and Inveready. It is an established industrial manufacturer rather than an early-stage VC-backed startup.
