Tecnimoem Care
Tecnimoem Care is a Spanish manufacturer of geriatric and hospital equipment — articulated electric beds, transfer and standing hoists, and shower/bath chairs — for institutional and home care of dependent persons. Founded in 1997 by Pablo Brau Pellisa in Viana (Navarra), it manufactures in two facilities totalling ~9,000 m², employs around 40 people and sells through 1,600+ clients and distributors in 30+ countries, with €6.3M net revenue in 2022. It is not a venture-backed startup: in June 2023 the founding Brau family sold 100% of the business to Spanish growth-capital fund Stellum Growth I (Stellum Capital) together with general manager Enrique Barragán, in a ~€6.1M buyout.
