Alucan
Alucan (Alucan Entec) is a legacy European manufacturer of monobloc aluminium bottles and aerosol cans for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and technical industries, headquartered in Llinars del Vallès, Barcelona, with a second plant in Lummen, Belgium. Founded in 1974, it was backed by Spanish PE firm Suma Capital from 2016 (since disinvested) and was acquired outright by Ball Corporation in 2024, so it is not an independent VC-backed startup.
