Leemons

Leemons (Leemons Edtech Solutions SL) was a Madrid-based edtech startup that built Leemons LXP, an open-source-based Learning Experience Platform sold as B2B SaaS to K12 schools, universities, corporate training teams and NGOs, covering communication, content creation, assessment and data-driven learning analytics. Founded in May 2021 by Lula de León and Johan Sosa, it raised a total of ~€1.62M across seed rounds at a ~€6M valuation, backed by Swanlaab, Ship2B Ventures and Stella Maris Partners. Leemons Edtech Solutions SL was declared in voluntary insolvency (concurso voluntario) on 30 December 2025 at Madrid Commercial Court No. 19, with a bankruptcy administrator appointed in May 2026.
