Virospack
Virospack is a Spanish manufacturer of premium cosmetic droppers and beauty packaging, headquartered in Badalona (Barcelona metro area). Founded in 1956 making rubber stoppers for pharmaceutical use, it moved into cosmetic droppers in the early 1970s and is now the world's largest producer of droppers for skincare, haircare, nails and liquid make-up, with a vertically integrated plant producing 120M+ droppers/spatulas and 20M+ bottles a year, ~350-400 employees and roughly €60M in revenue (over 90% export). This is not a venture-backed startup — it is a 70-year-old family-founded industrial manufacturer in which private equity firm Investindustrial acquired a 51% majority stake in September 2023.
