VVirtual Mike
Virtual Mike (branded "MIKE") is a Spanish legaltech/proptech startup that builds an AI-powered legal copilot for the real estate sector, answering Spanish property-law questions instantly via WhatsApp, web and API. It also automates property due diligence, generating legal, tax and urban-planning reports for any property in Spain from its cadastral reference (registry reports from ~€29 up to full due diligence at ~€1,990, plus a ~€49/month legal chatbot plan). Founded in 2023 in Barcelona by two real estate lawyers with 20+ years of experience, it operates with a small team (~2-10 people) across Barcelona and Madrid; no venture funding round has been publicly announced, and the project won a P&G #SigueAdelante female-entrepreneurship grant. Its legal entity is VIRTUAL MIKE S.L.
