Marsan Transformaciones Superficiales is the main operating company of Grupo Marsan, a Spanish industrial supplier founded in 1951 as a family metal-stamping workshop and now specialised in surface coatings for the automotive industry (cataphoresis/electrodeposition, powder coating, liquid painting), plus metal stamping, sub-assemblies and JIT logistics. It is a Tier 2 supplier to Tier 1s and OEMs such as Lear, Gestamp and CIE Automotive, with ~450 employees, its own M-TECH technology centre, and plants in Vigo (Spain), Valença (Portugal) and Celaya/Villagrán (Mexico). It is a privately held industrial group headquartered in Vigo, Galicia.
