Established under its current name in 1996 (industrial roots dating to 1972), it runs a 6,000 m² facility with about 100-190 staff and exports to 19+ countries. It was acquired in April 2025 by Mirai Investments, the industrial investment vehicle led by Sidenor's José Antonio Jainaga, which folded it into its Ohmnia electronics division.
