Losan Gestión Integral SL (CIF B15848617, incorporated 18 July 2002 in A Coruña) is the management/holding company of Grupo Losán, a family-owned multinational manufacturer of wood products founded in 1967. It produces decorative surfaces, plywood, particle and veneered boards, acoustic panels and wood flooring for the furniture, interior design, contract and construction industries under brands such as Losán Deco, Losán Ply and Losán Solutions. The group runs ten production centres in Galicia, Romania, Chile, the USA and the Netherlands and exports to 40+ countries; it is headquartered in A Coruña, has no venture backing, and has been through a creditor restructuring process in recent years.
