Pepe Vieira
Restaurante & Hotel Pepe Vieira is a two-Michelin-star fine-dining restaurant and boutique hotel at Camiño da Serpe in Raxó (Poio, Pontevedra, Galicia). Founded by chef Xosé T. Cannas — who works under his grandfather's name 'Pepe Vieira' — together with his brother, sommelier Xoán Cannas, it serves avant-garde Galician cuisine branded 'A última cociña do mundo' (The Farthest Cuisine of the World), with tasting menus built around Galician history and mythology and produce grown on its own estate. It also holds a Michelin Green Star for sustainability and runs a hotel and private-events business; it is a privately owned family hospitality business with no venture funding.
