PPuerto de Celeiro
Puerto de Celeiro S.A. is a Galician fishing-port and seafood business group based in Celeiro (Viveiro, Lugo), founded in 1994 by local shipowners to improve the competitiveness of the local fleet. It runs Spain's leading hake auction market (lonja) plus nine service companies (Novomar, Seagood, Seagoods Dry, Serlabor, Serpot, Serval, Servicel, Serfrío and Puerto de Celeiro Madrid) covering cold storage, processing, logistics and distribution; the group invoiced roughly €82M in 2025, with ~€47M from fresh fish auction sales. It is a long-established, shipowner-owned fisheries company with no VC investors, created collectively by local vessel owners; leadership is a board chaired by Domingo Rey Seijas with managing director Sergio Blas.
