SunRock Biopharma is a Spanish biopharmaceutical company based in Santiago de Compostela that develops first-in-class therapeutic antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and bispecific programs for oncology and chronic inflammatory diseases. Its lead programs target CCR9 (SRB1/SRB5, for inflammatory bowel disease, T-ALL and solid tumours such as pancreatic cancer) and HER3 (tumour progression and treatment resistance), advanced under an open-innovation model that takes academic research through to Phase I. Notable facts: licensing and co-development partnerships with Debiopharm, Ellipses Pharma, Escugen (CCR9-targeted ADC, 2025) and Chime Biologics, plus a €2.73M joint research unit with the University of Santiago de Compostela led by Prof. Mabel Loza.
