Demea Invest is a European investment platform formed in 2025 from the merger of Demeter Investment Managers and Cerea Partners, providing venture capital, private equity, infrastructure and private debt financing focused on the ecological transition, agriculture, agri-food and energy sectors. It manages roughly €3 billion in assets through a team of about 70 professionals across Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Madrid, Düsseldorf and Montréal, and has backed 450+ companies and projects, with typical ticket sizes of €1M–€30M.
