NNEAT is a Basque cybersecurity startup building an AI-native Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform that combines external attack-surface discovery, defensive posture assessment mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, and live threat intelligence into a single 0-100 security rating (TADR). It targets mid-market companies and MSSPs in finance, energy, government, defence and healthcare, integrating with existing SIEM/EDR/SOAR tooling and translating technical exposure into financial risk for executives. Founded in 2025 in Bilbao as a spin-off of Versia by CounterCraft co-founder Dan Brett, it raised a €800,000 seed round led by Easo Ventures. It is headquartered in Bilbao, with an office in Donostia/San Sebastián.
