MMedical Devicine
Medical Devicine is a Spanish medtech company based at the Miguel Hernández University Science Park (PCUMH) in Elche, Alicante, developing a portable trauma and cardiopulmonary resuscitation device that lets a single first responder — police officer, firefighter or volunteer — deliver basic life support comparable to an equipped ambulance from a backpack-sized kit integrating ventilation, trauma care and intubation support. Early-stage and pre-revenue after 7+ years of R&D, it has raised roughly €250,000 from strategic partners and opened a capital-increase round in 2025 to bring the device to market within about 18 months, and holds granted patents in the US, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, France, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, Italy and Spain. In June 2025 it was voted 'Best Project' by 100+ investors at the XII Keiretsu Forum investment forum. Its CEO is Adolfo Ferrero.
