Physia (legal entity PHYSIA AI Software Solutions, S.L.) is a Spanish healthtech founded in 2024 at the Miguel Hernández University Science Park (PCUMH) in Elche, Alicante; it now trades commercially under the brand HealthMate. It sells AI clinic-management software for private clinics — a 24/7 virtual assistant over WhatsApp, voice and web that handles booking and cancellations, reminders, intake questionnaires, patient follow-up, billing and analytics — positioning itself as the first 'vertical virtual operator' for healthcare. It closed a €300K pre-seed in June 2025 (Bcombinator, ENISA and health-sector business angels), reported ~500 clinics and 800K+ automated messages by mid-2026, passed through Lanzadera and won SeedRocket's 35th Entrepreneurs Campus, with a further ~€750K round in process.
