SODERCAN
SODERCAN (Sociedad para el Desarrollo Regional de Cantabria) is a public regional development agency of the Government of Cantabria, based in Santander, Spain. It supports business creation, growth, and innovation in the region, and runs the "Start Up Capital Cantabria" program, which provides convertible participatory loans and minority equity stakes (up to 45%, capped at €250,000) to early-stage startups. It is not a traditional private VC fund but a publicly-owned economic development body founded in 1984.
