Oli, formerly Oliva, is a Barcelona- and London-based platform that gives companies therapy, professional coaching, group sessions, manager training and an AI coach as an employee benefit. Employers pay for it, and it serves HR and L&D teams at customers including Remote, DeepL, Leapsome, Maze, Marshmallow, Scopely, Sifted and Aesop. The platform runs in 27 countries and 14 languages, and in the year to mid-2023 its revenue grew more than 300%. Javier Suarez, a co-founder of TravelPerk, and Sançar Sahin, formerly VP Marketing at Hotjar and Typeform, founded it in 2020. It raised a $2.2m pre-seed round led by Moonfire Ventures in 2021, a £4.8m seed round led by Stride VC in 2022, and a €5m round led by Molten Ventures with Alumni Ventures in 2023, for about €13m in total.
