EEPC Tracker
EPC Tracker is a Jerez de la Frontera-based software company that builds a cloud and mobile platform for managing construction, infrastructure, maintenance and utilities projects. The platform works as a Common Data Environment aligned with BIM methodology and ISO 19650. It covers multi-project execution control, earned value management with planning and bills of quantities, on-site incident and non-conformance tracking, digital quality, safety and environmental approvals, and subcontractor integration. Its clients are construction firms, large listed companies and public administrations, including Canal de Isabel II, Madrid City Council and SEIASA, and it has been used on projects in more than twenty countries. It also has a partnership with RIB (Presto) for cost-management integration. Mario Rondán and Jesús Cordero started the company in 2013. It was financed through friends-and-family capital, the Minerva accelerator programme backed by the Junta de Andalucía, and ENISA public loans. Its awards include the Sacyr Innovation Prize.
