QQlip
Zenova, formerly known as Qlip, is a Madrid-based proptech company whose software platform manages utilities, invoices and energy savings for real estate owners and operators. The platform digitises utility switching for water, electricity and gas, centralises billing and consumption tracking, and offers energy comparisons, audits and ESG reporting. It serves asset managers, build-to-rent operators, hotels, logistics companies and coworking spaces, with clients including Metrovacesa, Greystar, Solvia and Culmia, more than 1,200 real estate partners and over 250,000 processed transactions. Founded in 2019 by brothers Jaime and Pablo García, the company raised a €3.5 million round in 2021 led by The Lab Ventures Fund, and rebranded from Qlip to Zenova in 2025 as it moved into enterprise energy management.
